Cancel Policy

You can cancel an order that has not been paid by yourself.

You can cancel/change an item in the order which has been processed ONLY before shipping-out. If you need this service, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible.

You can cancel the order and request a refund if the expected shipping date of your order has already passed but it has not been shipped. Under this circumstance, the refund will automatically return to your payment account within 5 business days.

Orders CANNOT be canceled when parcels of the orders have already been shipped-out. 

Delay caused by shipping company and customs will not be responsible by us.

Return Policy

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you want to exchange or return the product, please make sure that the products in good condition. It means that they could sell again as a normal commodity but are not damaged or deformed, not stained, not used. Return the items together with the original package and original receipt or invoice.

All our orders must be processed before shipping, so the TOTAL delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: 7-10 business days

Note:

The processing time of the product is calculated from the time you verify the order, and then the order is placed in the processing procedures.

Product processing time or product delivery time may be due to delays in order verification, holidays, or insufficient inventory.

China’s main holidays include Chinese New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (May 1), and China National Day (October 1).

Shipping time：Two different shipping methods are ready for you: standard shipping and ocean shipping.

Note:

For countries that require customs duty, customs policies differ from country to country. Once the package reaches the destination country, the consignee should pay any customs duties or import taxes that may occur.

Within 1-2 business days after successfully sending the order, we will send you an email to provide you with the tracking number of the order.

For US territories, please leave a note when placing an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you can state Puerto Rico in the Country section.
