Prohibited Conduct
Without prior written consent, no part of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or commercially exploited. You may not frame the site or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, image, text, page layout, or other proprietary material belonging to RUNNUP or its affiliates. Meta tags, hidden text, direct linking, or source-calling that uses RUNNUP’s name, trademarks, media, trade dress, or other intellectual property are not allowed without express written permission. You may create a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive hyperlink to the RUNNUP home page as long as the link does not portray RUNNUP, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. A RUNNUP logo, proprietary graphic, or trademark may not be used as part of a link without express written approval.
Saved Cart Emails
If you email a cart, create a saved cart, or have a saved cart created by our staff, follow-up messages relating to that cart may be sent to you. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.
User Content Standards
RUNNUP may permit users to submit comments, feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews, and similar content. Such content must be provided in English and must not be false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, harmful to third parties, or otherwise objectionable. It also must not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or spam. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person or entity, or mislead others about the source of the content. Content that harasses, degrades, intimidates, or victimizes an individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability is not permitted. Although RUNNUP reserves the right to remove or edit content, it is not obligated to do so and does not routinely review all posted materials.
Representations About Submitted Content
By submitting content, you represent that you are the sole author and owner of the content, or otherwise control all necessary rights. You also represent that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are between 16 and 17, that the submission is made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to this agreement. You further confirm that the use of any content you submit will not breach this agreement or cause injury to any person or entity.
License Granted for Submitted Content
For any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available, you grant RUNNUP, its affiliates, and related entities a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, archive, store, and create derivative works from that content in any format or medium now known or later developed. This authorization includes use across websites, advertisements, other media, searchable network features, and related placements, together with the right to use your name, likeness, and other associated information in connection with that content. You waive moral rights in the content you provide. You also authorize RUNNUP to use ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, and other materials contained in communications submitted to us for any purpose, including commercial uses and the development, manufacture, and marketing of products. No additional compensation is owed to you for these rights. You also agree that RUNNUP and its sublicensees may use the name submitted in connection with the content, and you agree to indemnify RUNNUP for claims arising from content you provide.
Personal Information Shared by Users
When posting or sharing material, do not include full names or other confidential identifying information about yourself or others. Any sharing of personal information is done at your own risk. RUNNUP is not responsible for loss, damage, or harm resulting from your decision to share personal information. Except for payment details, anything uploaded to our app site may be visible to your team members. You are responsible for your own data and any related usage charges.
Prices and Price Errors
RUNNUP works to keep product and pricing information accurate, but pricing mistakes or typographical errors may still occur. An item’s price is not confirmed until after your order is placed. If an item is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate product information, RUNNUP may, at its sole discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you of that cancellation. Prices and product availability may be changed at any time without notice.
Quoted Prices
Quoted pricing remains valid until the stated expiration date. Even so, pricing may be revised without prior notice if specifications, order quantities, designs, or delivery schedules change, or if costs related to materials, supplies, labor, clerical errors, or domestic or foreign legislation change.
Order Review and Acceptance
Some orders may be declined or canceled. RUNNUP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For convenience, payment is taken when an order is placed, and shipment will occur within the timeframe stated on the product page or in the Shipping Policies section of the website. If an order cannot ship within 24 hours, the funds will be held as a deposit until shipment. Orders may be canceled because of purchasing quantity limits, pricing or product information errors, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. Additional verification or information may also be required before an order is accepted. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the charged amount will be credited back using the original payment method.
Quantity Restrictions and Dealer Sales
RUNNUP may limit the quantity of items purchased by one person, one household, or within one order. These limits may apply to orders using the same payment account, billing address, shipping address, or email address. If such a restriction is applied, notice will be sent to the email address or billing address provided by the customer. RUNNUP also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers. Customers interested in larger-quantity purchases for a corporation or institution should contact our Sales Team.
Product Information
RUNNUP attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, but it does not guarantee that descriptions or other site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from error. If a product purchased from RUNNUP differs from its description, your exclusive remedy is to return it in unused condition. We also strive to display colors and finishes as accurately as possible, but because actual display depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color or finish shown on your screen will be exact.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RUNNUP harmless from and against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to your misuse of the site.

Liability Cap
Neither RUNNUP nor its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, or suppliers will be liable to you under any legal or equitable theory, whether based on tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise. In no event will RUNNUP’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Arbitration
For customers located in the United Kingdom and in other countries of the European Union, these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. For customers located outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong, as applied to agreements entered into and performed within Hong Kong. Any action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or to your use of this site must be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules in the relevant jurisdiction, being the United Kingdom or Hong Kong. Claims must be brought only on an individual basis and may not be consolidated with claims or disputes involving any other party.
