How long does it take to receive my package?

Orders must be processed before they are shipped. The total time before delivery is made up of Processing Time + Shipping Time.

An order status of Processing means your order has been verified and entered our preparation process. During this stage, we confirm your contact details and delivery address, sort the item(s), perform quality and function checks, and complete packaging.

An order status of Shipping means your package has started its journey. Once the courier updates the tracking number, you will be able to track the shipment online. Because international shipping may involve customs clearance and transfer between logistics hubs, tracking information may not update immediately during transit.

For reference, tracking updates may take up to 10 days for Expedited Express and up to 20 days for Ocean Shipping. Slight delays caused by international shipping regulations, customs procedures, or tariff-related policies are considered normal within a reasonable range.
